Proposal for 46 houses and 90 parking spaces across two sites off Balaclava Lane

Two separate sites along Balaclava Lane are under offer having been earmarked for development.

The first site, Balaclava Major, is adjacent to Turners Green Road and has a plan sketched out for 31 homes.

The second site, Balaclava Minor, is adjacent to Osmers Hill and has a plan sketched out for for 15 homes.
